We have openings for several of our counselors. call us today!

Every person already holds the tools for change within themselves; therapy is about helping uncover and strengthen them.

Hi! I’m Ricki Howell LCMHCA

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who helps individuals who are ready to show up authentically with building resilience, finding clarity, and creating meaningful change.
In our work together, I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where you can be 100% yourself — no masks, no judgment. Therapy can be tough, and I believe that healing happens when we walk through it side-by-side, at YOUR pace.

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that every person holds the strength and wisdom needed for growth — sometimes we just need the right support to uncover it. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered approaches to help you reconnect with your values, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build a life that feels more true to who you are.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me outdoors soaking up the sunshine, or eating. I love trying new foods and believe that the best adventures usually start with a good meal (bonus points if there’s dessert involved). I bring the same spirit of curiosity and openness into my work with clients — therapy with me is about showing up as you are, taking things one step at a time, and celebrating the small (and big) wins along the way.

I became a therapist because after surviving my own emotional roller‑coaster—screaming, giggling, and spilling popcorn all the way—I realized I’d make a great ride‑operator. Now I get to strap you in, hand you a tissue (and maybe a snack), and laugh with you through the loop‑the‑loops of life!

A mix of big dreams, messy moments, and genuine heart - just trying to make life a little brighter (and a lot more real) one day at a time.
