We do not offer payment plans, however, we are willing to offer out of pocket rate that is discounted. See our self pay fees . We also have interns that are under our supervision and in graduate school that can offer a sliding fee scale of $25.00.
Yes! We have two therapists that are virtual only - Michelle Lester and Kersten Perry - but all of therapist are willing to provide virtual services.
We understand that finding a match is super important for mental health counseling. You can request a specific counselor, however, our counselors have different schedules, insurances, and some of them stay booked. We will go over availability and needs, and we will do our very best to match you with someone that will meet your needs.
We require a credit card on file. At the end of your session, your co-payment or deductible, or self pay amount , if any, will be charged to your credit card. We can also accept cash or checks.
We require 24 hours notice in order to avoid a $75.00 fee.
We accept BCBS, CIgna, UHC, AETNA, and Wellcare.
