Hi, I’m Reneé Smith, LMFTA.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who helps adult individuals and couples deal with conflict within themselves and their relationships. I believe in the power of self-awareness and exploration, and emotional vulnerability in fostering growth and healing within relationships. Trusting the process, I strive to help individuals and couples navigate their journey towards emotional safety, security, and healing.
Outside of the therapeutic space, Reneé can be found enjoying a range of activities that bring her joy. From perusing the aisles of her favorite stores, to quiet moments at home or out observing nature, to finding herself at the mercy of belly laughs with family and loved ones, she truly enjoys indulging in the simple pleasures of life.
Reneé also enjoys evening walks with her husband where you may catch her competing for “leader of the pack” with their playful German Shepherd.
