Hi, I’m Nora Puryear, MA, LCMHC.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who helps adolescents and adults with rebuilding self-esteem, reconnecting with self-love, and navigating life’s stressors with strength and clarity. Through therapy, I guide clients in developing healthy coping skills and creating meaningful, lasting change.
I find balance in life through staying active, time with friends, being outdoors, and hanging out with my dog. Whether it's a tough gym session, a walk in the fresh air, or just goofing around with my pup, I’m all about living life with energy and connection.
I’ve always been passionate about helping others and making them feel seen and heard—that’s what led me to become a therapist. Supporting others through their journeys and witnessing their resilience is the most meaningful part of what I do.
