With experience supporting individuals struggling with suicide ideation, self-harming behaviors, and adolescents with ADHD and conduct disorders, I use a trauma-informed approach and incorporate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques. My goal is to support you in finding healing and help you move toward thriving, peace, and purpose in your life.
