Hi, I’m Joanna Warren, MS, LMFT.
I’m a licensed therapist of 22 years, who helps individual and families by inspiring others and providing hope and expertise. Within my work, I do not utilize blame, but rather help people develop their strengths to overcome and manage their concerns. Everyone has unique strengths and talents to offer. I love to help people be present and connected, and find ways to leave behind chaos and disconnection. In self reflection time, we can be vulnerable and brave to work through our wounds, and not run from emptiness.
I love to face a challenge, and am passionate about my work. Being intentional and purposeful is my jam. Groovy beans and home slice are my favorite words. I love to laugh. I do not take myself very seriously. I have a large extended family and am from this area. On my free time, I love to workout, dance, spend time with my kids, college student and high schooler, and my husband of 23 years, who is a hot mess express. Since I am from this area and now seeing clients for 22 years, I may be one of the largest secret keepers in this county. I love to eat breakfast with my daddy and my parents are still the highlight of my life. Being a dancer in college and taught Hip Hop classes for years., I enjoy music and showing others I have moves. I became a therapist because God led me to be a servant to promote hope and kindness to those that are hurting. I love working with humans that are ready to look past their pride and fear, and refocus and explore what serves them well.
