Healing begins in a space where people feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment.

Hi, I'm Allison Hughey, MSW, LCSWA.

I'm a clinical social worker who helps children, adolescents, adults, and couples navigate life's challenges while building resilience, confidence, and meaningful change. Therapy is not about having all the answers and it's about having a safe space to explore, process, and grow. Sessions are grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration, meeting clients where they are while helping them move toward where they want to be. Whether facing anxiety, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, the focus remains on honoring each person's unique story and empowering them to recognize their strengths along the way.

Outside of being a clinician, life is rooted in family, creativity, and staying grounded in the everyday moments that matter most. Time is often spent with kids, embracing the chaos and joy that comes with a full household, and finding calm in the in-between spaces.

There’s a strong belief that people deserve to feel safe, understood, and never judged for where they are in their journey. That belief didn’t come from a textbook - it comes from real life, lived experiences, and witnessing how powerful it is when someone finally feels heard. Therapy, at its core, is about connection, honesty, and hope. Outside of sessions, there’s often humor found in the chaos, coffee that’s been reheated more than once, and a deep appreciation for quiet moments that help everything stay grounded. Sessions are a space where people can show up fully as they are, without pressure to be perfect, and instead feel supported in building resilience, clarity, and meaningful change.
