You have always been worthy to call yourself home.

Hi, I’m Alisha Miller-Glasgow, MS,  LCMHC, NCC.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who helps individuals with finding peace and joy in everyday life again. I have extensive experience in sitting with my clients who are struggling with anxiety and depressive symptoms, struggles in school, work, and relationships, as well as family connections. I create a safe space for my clients to explore who they are and how to not only survive this life, but to THRIVE. I meet my clients where they are and believe in collaborating with them using an integrative, client based, trauma informed approach to grant you the safe space you deserve!

Alisha, a former theater kid, loves using humor and singing to get through a hard day. A bodybuilder turned crossfitter, Alisha enjoys moving her body in ways that bring her joy. An avid crocheter and reader, she prioritizes being comfy and cozy at all times. Alisha loves watching horror movies with her husband, two cats and dog Sam. She has also befriended a murder of crows in her neighborhood and feeds them daily.

Alisha realized she wanted to be a counselor when she tried therapy for the first time in her early twenties. Alisha’s counselor taught her how to establish boundaries while she was trying to leave an unhealthy relationship. Alisha decided that she wanted to help people change their own lives like her counselor helped her.
